Barska 10-30x50 Zoom Gladiator Binocular

by Michele Jones
(North East, MD)

I own the Barska 10-30x50 Zoom Gladiator Binoculars. I received this as a gift. I did not have the option of choosing this pair of binoculars. I feel for me, they are a bit large and cumbersome.

They are very heavy. I would like something much smaller and more easily portable.

I have a bird feeder in my backyard. I have tried to adjust the binoculars but I cannot see the birds clearly on the feeders no matter what I do.

I would like to see a sharp image as that is the job that binoculars are supposed to do, however the image is never sharp for me and many times after trying to adjust them time and time again nothing helps and I never get a clear vision with these binoculars.

I think that these particular binoculars are to be used out in the field where you are looking at very long distances, however my prime purpose for using these would be just looking at my birds on the feeders.

So, in a nut shell I would say buy these for long distances, however if you are looking more often on a distance of say 100 feet, these are not for you.
