Bushnell Perma Focus Binoculars 8x25

After doing some research on the internet and also in person at the local hunting supply stores, I decided to purchase the Bushnell Perma Focus Binoculars 8x25. I was always familiar with the Bushnell brand name but I did check into others. These seemed to be the best value and quality for the price. They were in the price range that I wanted to spend (under $100). We live in a very rural area in the lower part of Michigan. We use these binoculars mostly for recreational purposes and they are mostly used to view the wildlife in our yard. They are great to view things as far as 300 yards away. It is very entertaining and educational for the kids to view all the different animals and its great fun too! I like the fact that they are very easy to focus. My husband used them for hunting also and was very pleased with the quality. He liked the fact that they are light in weight and he was able to hold them with one hand. He also found that they are durable because he did end up dropping them a couple times. I also recently borrowed the binoculars to my nephew who was going to attend a music concert with some friends. He had the nose bleed seats and love the fact that he could zoom in on the band members, but once he shared them with his friends he had a hard time getting them back. My husband and I are going on an Alaskas cruise in a couple months and are looking forward to using the binoculars. I am sure it will greatly enhance our enjoyment, I can't wait.
