Bushnell Powerview 12x25

by Seth
(Oklahoma)

I bought this pair of binoculars a few years ago to accompany a larger pair that I inherited from my father. This model is understandably limited, given its compact nature. However, the gained portability and manouverability are a godsend.

I keep mine in my backpack while mountain biking. The size helps me to cut down on weight. Every time I stop to use these, I am astounded by the crisp quality of the images they produce.

Several times, I've reached bluffs over lakes and pause to take in the view. With these I get a better sense of where I'm at and where I'm going. I never expected these to replace my larger pair, but have fallen in love with these nonetheless. For quick scouting these work wonders.
Bushnell has always produced quality binoculars. I have to say, these binoculars are tough. I've wrecked many times and have yet to harm the binoculars.

They've proven reliable and if they ever broke, I'd probably buy another pair to replace them. The rubbery case has probably saved mine from many wrecks. The textured case prevents the binoculars from being dropped or jostled around.

These also work great for concerts. My son attended a Nine Inch Nails concert earlier this year and I let him borrow the binoculars. They came back unharmed (I told you they're tough!) and my son was able to see the band play a little better.

If you're looking for an inexpensive pair of binoculars for general use, the Bushnell Powerview 12x25 are the way to go!
