Nikon Monarch 10x42 RealTree ATB Binoculars
I purchased these binoculars off e-bay nearly a year ago and must say, i am very pleased with my purchase.
I bought them for a low price at the time of 220 dollars but they go for about 280-300 dollars. Even with this new price today i would still recommend this for anyone looking for a top end set of binoculars.
The current model i have has a camoflage casing, so from the looks perspective, i love showing my binoculars off infront of friends.
ATB means all terrain binoculars, and when they say these are ATB, they mean anywhere. 100% waterproof, shockproof and fogproof, ultra-rugged, armor-coated, roof prism design, extended eye relief and central focus.
Also because you are buying a nikon, nikon offer a wide range of accesorise, so when i bought the binoculars and cought the bug of using them in different environments and in different situations i found myself adding onto my nikon a soft carrying case, neck strap and lens covers. The list goes on and on.
I was also surprised at how simple this set of binoculars were to use. It is very easy to focus,
In conclusion, i would recommend the Nikon Monarch to any beginner right through to an advanced binocular user. Its versatility and crystal clear image offer the best of both worlds. The ability of being able to use this pair of binoculars with so little adjustment and easy to change settings make this a star buy.
