The rubber eye cup on my binoculars came unglued and was lost. Pentax said they would fix it for $19.95 plus the cost of my shipping it to them. They would have the binoculars for around 2 weeks.

Called Pentax USA parts department. They will send me the little rubber piece for $6.00 plus (get this) $8.00 for shipping. Also told that part is not in stock, must wait for shipment from Japan. No date for shipment to arrive.

Not the world's greatest service.
